I hope you are doing well.

I am reaching out to request your assistance in improving the security of my Firefox browser on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I have recently been experiencing ongoing issues related to intrusive pop-ups, phishing risks, and overall browser safety.

To address these concerns, I’ve already contacted my security providers—Bitdefender and McAfee—who have kindly offered support under the following reference numbers: • Bitdefender Support Ticket: 1010231778 • McAfee Support Ticket: 03203372

Both providers have assisted me with general device security settings; however, since the issue seems to be directly affecting my Firefox browser, I would appreciate your specific guidance on: • Blocking malicious or misleading pop-up windows • Preventing phishing attempts or unauthorized redirects • Enhancing browser-level privacy and data protection • Recommended Firefox settings or trusted add-ons for iOS users

I truly value the Firefox experience and rely on its speed and privacy. Any support or recommendations you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I'm signed into Firefox on both my iPhone and my PC desktop, and I can see that both devices are listed under my account. I want to send all of my tabs from my iPhone to my desktop at once. When I sync, nothing happens. I can't find a way to send the tabs other than one at a time. This was straightforward and easy when I had Firefox for Android, but I have yet to find a way to do it with iOS.

Looking to disable Google iOS app from opening when I use the search/address bar at the top of the Firefox iOS browser. I like having the app for using photo search, but other than that, I prefer searching in the browser window. If this is not possible to disable, can it be built in to future Firefox updates? Thank you.

Have tried all options to get the pop up to show, including calling Apple…no luck..I even tried the advanced settings option typing about:config in address bar…doesn’t work. I enjoy Firefox but this may cause me to switch. Please help. Steve [email protected] 850-585-751

Can you advise me what to do re: server use. As I have been using an iPad and iPhone I would like to access a server that accepts my request, but the Android version is the only available option. Android and the ms server has a lot of my items especially my gmail address that is too much hassle to change, but with Apple products, I would like to use Firefox in IOS and can’t even download any mobile version. Also have legacy account at FF that I can’t gain access to through Apple sign in which is where 90% of the items are held. I have a code to input, but nothing has worked and it has been 2 years of failure to get access. The acct is *****@icloud.com and the apple account is ******@gmail.com/icloud.com. I don’t expect you to get involved with the last request—a quagmire to contemplate, but any boiler plate advice would be so very appreciated. Best regards, J.Sweeny

I'm using an **iPhone 15** with the **latest version of Firefox** installed.

I'm attempting to access an **internal company website** using my company's **VPN via the "Secure Access" app**.

The website's platform is **outdated**. Previously, I was able to access this website with an **older version of Firefox**. However, after **upgrading to the latest Firefox version**, I can no longer access it. The browser displays the following error: **"Request timeout" (NSURLErrorDomain)**.

Could you please provide guidance on how to regain access to this website using the VPN?

I need to print a pop up but Firefox will not allow the pop up. I read all of the instructions, including going to Privacy and Settings, but that tab does not exist. I can access it under the Browsing tab. I also read there are advanced setting by entering about:config in the address bar, this doesn’t work either. Im running latest IOS and have talked to Apple about it and they have concluded it is a browser issue. Please advise. Steve

In the past, I was able to follow Firefox's instructions to connect both my phone and laptop (scan or sign in with email). Now when I try the scan method, I get an "error" message on my laptop while the phone says I need confirmation from my other device. When I try to sign into my Firefox app on my phone using my email, I click the sign in button but it doesn't work. How do I fix this?

I work as a deputy at my local sheriff’s office and utilize iSOMS by M&M Micro Systems. On patrol, we use this system for our live dispatch call screen. When the sun sets, I was able to enable dark mode which allowed the CAD to retain all the normal (non-inverted) colors and keep all text looking normal. This was very helpful at night and kept the screen looking very clean. Firefox for my iPad is the only approved browser that has (or had) a truly awesome night mode that worked for our needs; so much so that I’m the one that recommended it and IT pushed it out to everyone for use. Since a recent Firefox app update, the dark mode is no longer working as it used to. The screen is now gray instead of black and the text is distorted and barely readable. There are lines going horizontally across the screen and the colors aren’t displaying correctly. Can someone please help?! We really miss having the dark mode like it was, it was soooo much easier on our eyes at night. Hoping a developer sees this and reaches out too. Thank you!!!
